This role supports the International Sales team by driving operational excellence, coordinating key commercial initiatives, and enabling scalable growth across international markets. The position works cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, and senior management to ensure efficient execution of projects, processes, and reporting, while also managing and supporting part of the wholesale sales team.
The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with operational discipline and strong team leadership.
Key Responsibilities Wholesale Operations Management- Oversee all operational aspects of the wholesale channel from order entry through fulfillment and invoicing.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of order processing, allocations, and shipment tracking.
- Partner with Sales leadership to support seasonal launches and major account rollouts.
- Support workload prioritization and ensuring sustainable workload distribution and team well‑being.
- Serve as system expert for wholesale order management platforms (ERP, CRM, EDI platforms).
- Coordinate international trade shows and events in collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Operations) and external partners (fair organizers, vendors). This includes preparation and logistics, managing contact lists, and supporting outreach activities.
- Support the roll‑out of the branded corner business, from project validation with senior management through to launch. Develop and maintain tools to track performance and conduct regular reviews of these accounts.
- Directly manage and develop the Wholesale Support Team.
- Implement training, SOPs, and best practices to elevate service levels.
- Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Serve as system expert for wholesale order management platforms (ERP, CRM, EDI platforms).
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to support growth.
- Lead the implementation of key process optimization initiatives, particularly in relation to the company’s ERP and B2B platforms.
- Partner with IT to support enhancements and integrations.
- Produce weekly and monthly wholesale performance reporting.
- Support in building templates and formatting reporting across regions.
- Track:
- Revenue vs. target
- Open order pipeline
- Backorders and fulfillment status
- Provide project management updates through the Asana tool.
- Provide leadership with actionable analysis to improve account performance.
- 5+ years of experience in wholesale operations, commercial operations, or sales operations.
- Experience managing a team.
- Strong ERP experience (Net Suite, SAP, or similar).
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
- Experience in luxury, publishing, fashion, home, or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple timelines in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
- International or Global wholesale experience preferred
