Client Success Manager; Industry: Financial Services

About the role:

The position is responsible for supporting all revenue generation and resulting client relationships within the financial services industry for Portfolio Summits. This role requires exceptional relationship-building skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Key responsibilities:

• Own overall relationship with assigned clients, including communication, deliverables, and eventual re-sign of client
• Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
• Aid clients in achieving their goals via our platform
• Prospect for and conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings to aid Sales in generating new leads
• Maintain accurate CRM records, agenda and website updates, and cross-team communication
• Collaborate closely with production and operations teams to fulfill event deliverables
• Contribute to the general improvement of processes and procedures related to clients

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and analytical

Strong candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in either some sort of relationship management or client-facing role or in the finance or adjacent industries, and be looking for a customer-centric position with a heavy focus on building and maintaining professional relationships.
