What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement roadmap focused on onboarding, skill development, and sales effectiveness
  • Design and continuously evolve the onboarding experience for all new Commercial team members
  • Lead training programs on core sales skills such as negotiation, objection handling, and storytelling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure enablement programs align with business priorities
  • Establish a measurement framework to track the impact of enablement programs on revenue
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or a similar role
  • Proven success in building enablement programs from scratch
  • Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies and the buyer's journey
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills for engaging training sessions
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives autonomously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a sales role or coaching salespeople and managers
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Gong, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Experience working with limited resources and scaling programs creatively
  • Passion for the creator economy and a deep understanding of its landscape
