- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement roadmap focused on onboarding, skill development, and sales effectiveness
- Design and continuously evolve the onboarding experience for all new Commercial team members
- Lead training programs on core sales skills such as negotiation, objection handling, and storytelling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure enablement programs align with business priorities
- Establish a measurement framework to track the impact of enablement programs on revenue
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or a similar role
- Proven success in building enablement programs from scratch
- Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies and the buyer's journey
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills for engaging training sessions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives autonomously
- Experience in a sales role or coaching salespeople and managers
- Familiarity with sales tools like Gong, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Experience working with limited resources and scaling programs creatively
- Passion for the creator economy and a deep understanding of its landscape
