Position OverviewWe are looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our growing and transforming team. This is a challenging position that requires a strong background in ERP systems and supporting business processes. The ideal candidate is a strong hands‑on subject matter expert that is comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. The job requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail so that requests are handled in a uniform manner, issues are properly documented, and projects are delivered on time.
The successful candidate is very motivated and willing to take on challenges, able to multi‑task and can work independently with minimal oversight.
The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, partnering closely with Accounting, Finance, and Engineering, to gather requirements that ensure our financial systems can scale to meet growing business needs. The systems analyst will troubleshoot issues, analyze operational procedures, develop business process solutions, prepare process flowcharts, and make database configurations.
Key Duties Include- Help define the technology roadmap for our financial systems.
- Lead product/project discovery, solution definition, requirement elicitation sessions, and walkthroughs.
- Make recommendations for solutions, or improvements, to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials modules including Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, providing guidance and support to business stakeholders. Oracle Supply Chain and Human Capital Management experience is a plus.
