Location: New York

As our Enterprise and Branded Video Content Sales Development Rep (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with corporate clients in the real estate and finance industries. This position offers a fixed monthly retainer depending on experience and network strength.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your and our network and prospect for clients in the real estate and finance sectors.
  • Identify and target decision-makers to set up pitch meetings.
  • Use tools and resources provided by the company, including marketing collateral, samples, and case studies, to secure client interest.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact, presenting the value of Atlantic Pictures’ services and coordinating meetings between potential clients and the internal creative team.
  • Stay informed about trends and opportunities in the real estate and finance industries to identify and prioritize high-value prospects.

Compensation:

  • Monthly Retainer: depending on experience and network strength.
  • Performance-Based Commission: 5–10% of project value for awarded deals, based on project size and scope.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in video production, public relations, advertising, or content marketing.
  • Proven Track Record:
    Demonstrated success in a business development role, including meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Outreach

    Skills:

    Experienced in outreach via phone, email, Linked In, and other communication channels.
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and convey ideas clearly.
  • Research:
    Strong research and analytical skills to identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • Self-Motivation:
    Capable of working independently, managing time effectively, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Passion and Drive: A "can-do" attitude with a focus on opening doors and building relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Familiarity with video content production and/or communication agency work with brands is highly preferred.
