The Planning Manager will lead sales and inventory planning with support from the VP of Planning. In this role, you will act as the primary architect and owner of the demand planning infrastructure, leveraging AI to drive high-accuracy, automated forecasts across all channels.

• Own the end-to-end demand planning strategy, leveraging AI to institutionalize high-accuracy, multi-channel forecasting. By synthesizing item-level trends into actionable business intelligence, you will champion the alignment of inventory investment with sales velocity, driving strategic pivots that optimize our growth-to-risk ratio.
• Responsible for monthly OTB, achieving inventory turnover targets and minimizing stock-outs while maximizing working capital efficiency.
• Lead monthly SIOP forecast review, including participation in cross functional meetings to drive alignment between commercial leads, marketing, and supply chain.
• Work closely with product marketing and commercial leads to appropriately forecast new product launches.
• Partner closely with the operations team to synchronize sales order timing and quantities with production schedules, ensuring 100% order fulfillment and minimizing lead-time disruptions.
• Own the end-to-end reporting suite for sales performance and inventory health; utilize Weeks of Supply (and in-stock metrics to proactively identify risks and drive replenishment strategies

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Merchandise/Demand and Inventory Planning.
• Alternative Backgrounds: Proven track record in management consulting, investment banking, or roles requiring in-depth analytics using sales and customer data is highly preferred.
• Expert-level Excel skills with a forward-thinking approach to data; experience leveraging AI technology to architect automated demand infrastructures and drive data-backed decision-making.
• DTC, Amazon, and Wholesale experience a plus
