OverviewStagwell is building the next generation of technology-driven creativity and commerce. The Director / Senior Director of Partnerships will play a critical role in expanding and scaling Stagwell’s strategic partnerships into material revenue-driving programs across our global network of agencies.
Responsibilities Partnership Strategy & Expansion- Identify, evaluate, and activate strategic partnerships aligned to Stagwell’s growth priorities.
- Expand existing partnerships into broader Stagwell-wide commercial programs.
- Develop partnership business plans articulating value propositions and revenue potential.
- Build and operationalize joint GTM programs.
- Translate partner capabilities into actionable pipeline and proposals.
- Establish repeatable frameworks for partner engagement and deal governance.
- Equip agencies to leverage partner technologies.
- Build playbooks and enablement programs to drive consistent adoption.
- Reduce dependency on RFP‑driven growth through partner‑led expansion.
- Serve as liaison between partner executives and Stagwell leadership.
- Prepare executive briefings, partnership reviews, and MOUs.
- Align legal, finance, and communications teams to scale programs effectively.
- Support commercial operations across growth initiatives, ensuring disciplined revenue management, forecast accuracy, and operational consistency.
- Partner with finance, legal, and agency operations teams to define and enforce pricing frameworks, SOW structures, deal governance standards, and approval workflows.
- Develop and maintain standardized commercial templates, processes, and operating rhythms used across agencies.
- Experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial operations.
- Experience managing B2B technology partnerships.
- Strong understanding of enterprise GTM and agency economics.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience with Adobe, Microsoft, Vercel, or similar ecosystems.
- Background in marketing transformation or AI‑enabled delivery.
- Experience building partnership programs from the ground up.
- Partnerships that directly generate pipeline and revenue.
- Scalable GTM programs adopted across agencies.
- Strong executive relationships with strategic partners.
- Measurable contribution to long‑term revenue growth.
In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in New York City for this role is $150,000 - $190,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
