Cleared is building the financial trust layer for modern earners.
Today’s financial systems operate on a legacy assumption: stability means one employer and one predictable monthly payslip. That model excludes over 70 million Americans earning through 1099 work, small businesses, and fragmented income streams.
Cleared creates a verified, portable Financial Health Profile that aggregates income, cash flow, and financial stability signals across multiple sources.
Our initial wedge is enterprise and mid-market property management companies (PMCs) operating in the $700B U.S. residential rental market. From there, we expand into non-QM lending and broader financial infrastructure.
The RoleThis is a founding GTM leadership position.
Your immediate objective is to secure enterprise traction within the multifamily ecosystem and establish Cleared as the institutional standard for modern income verification.
We are looking for a senior operator with deep, active relationships in the PMC and multifamily landscape — someone who can translate credibility into enterprise contracts and long-term distribution pathways.
This is not a quota-carrying sales manager role. It is an executive-level mandate to design Cleared’s revenue strategy, close foundational enterprise accounts, and build the commercial function from first contract through scale.
You will operate as part of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO.
Immediate Focus- Leverage existing relationships to secure senior-level meetings within enterprise and mid-market PMCs
- Close lighthouse customers within the Top 50 NMHC operator ecosystem
- Replace manual income review and fragmented screening tools with Cleared’s structured trust infrastructure
- Establish integration and distribution partnerships within property management software ecosystems (Yardi, App Folio, Real Page)
- Help shape positioning and commercial narrative for institutional stakeholders
- Formalise and scale the enterprise sales organisation
- Hire and develop the sales team
- Expand into adjacent verticals, including non-QM and self-employed lending
- Contribute to fundraising strategy and investor discussions as a core member of the leadership team
- 8+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS, fintech, or property technology sales
- Demonstrated success selling into multifamily operators, REITs, or property management companies
- Deep, active relationships with senior decision-makers (VP Operations, CRO, Head of Leasing, Risk, or Screening)
- Ability to secure senior-level meetings within the first 60–90 days
- Experience closing six-figure ACVs and navigating enterprise procurement cycles
- Comfort operating in regulated environments and selling non-FCRA trust signals into institutional workflows
- A track record of building GTM structure in early-stage or high-growth environments
- Performance-based commissions on closed enterprise revenue
- Meaningful early-stage equity ownership in Cleared
- Structured base salary aligned with key company milestones
