Location: Solana Beach, CA or New York, NY
POSITION AND SCOPETide Rock is looking for an Investor Relations Analyst to support the continued growth of Tide Rock’s IR function, investor base and assets under management. Reporting to our Vice President & Head of Fundraising and Investor Relations, the Investor Relations Analyst will manage Tide Rock’s investor CRM; support investor onboarding, reporting and relationship management; help manage our prospective new investor pipeline;
support investor due diligence; and maintain investor marketing collateral. This role has career runway within Tide Rock’s Fundraising and Investor Relations team and across the firm.
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Solana Beach, CA or New York, NY.
DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES- Investor Database:
Manage Tide Rock’s investor CRM, tracking contact details. meeting notes, and information for investor engagement. - Investor Onboarding and Reporting:
Serve as primary point of contact for the firm’s third-party administrator to ensure efficient investor onboarding and reporting processes. - Relationship Management:
Develop relationships with existing and new investors and effectively communicate updates, positioning and outlook, as needed. - Prospect Tracking:
Help manage prospective investor pipeline, identify opportunities for new investor conversations, and design and execute prospecting campaigns with Fundraising team. - Due Diligence:
Help manage the due diligence process for new investors: RFI’s, ad hoc questions, data management, etc. - Marketing Material:
Help keep all marketing collateral and investor data room up to date each quarter.
- 3+ years in an investor relations, project management or GP advisory role in an alternative asset management firm or placement agent.
- Ability to understand and educate investors on unique investment strategies and models.
- Highly collaborative communication style.
- Positive and creative approach with a “how-can-we-get-it-done” mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field.
