As an Operations Associate you will be a key member of the operations team working across onboarding new hires, timekeeping management systems, contract creation and tracking, and more. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Coreresponsibilities
- Support day-to-day business, people, and finance operations, ensuring core internal processes run smoothly.
- Assist with procurement and legal operations workflows, including managing contract intake and inbox triage, maintaining agreement trackers and files, and coordinating agreements through execution.
- Maintain and audit employee data across timekeeping and benefits systems for with larger lifts for employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Coordinate with internal staff on onboarding and offboarding needs, including, but not limited to: assisting with system access, benefit setup, and enrollment in required organizational trainings.
- Support various operations projects, such as performance review cycles, compensation updates, and business compliance projects.
- Support internal teams with large meeting requests for department heads.
- Occasionally support on administrative tasks for Executive level staff including scheduling, travel coordination & expenses.
- 3-6 years of experience in operations, HR, people operations, or finance operations.
- A plus if you have experience working with PEOs (e.g., ADP) and familiarity with expense systems.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
