• Lead and manage facility operations across multiple sites, ensuring business continuity and service excellence.
• Oversee IT infrastructure components including network rooms, structured cabling, power backup, surveillance systems, access control, and AV setups in coordination with IT teams.
• Manage non‑IT infrastructure including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, civil works, security, housekeeping, cafeteria, and general maintenance.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, budgeting, procurement, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, audits, and documentation across all facilities.
• Drive space planning, workplace readiness, expansions, and renovation projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely issue resolution and service delivery.
• Implement process improvements and technology solutions for smart facility management.
• This role is onsite in New York, NY and requires being onsite at least 4 days per week with the client.

• Minimum 4 years of work experience.
• Proven experience in multisite facility management.
• Strong understanding of both IT infrastructure support requirements and core facility systems.
• Vendor management and contract negotiation expertise.
• Knowledge of safety, statutory, and compliance regulations.
• Strong project management, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• High School Diploma / GED.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (preferred).
