Position Overview

This role is designed exclusively for GOLDEN UNICORNS
— rare, proven business development professionals who bring an existing book of business and trusted enterprise‑level relationships they can introduce to Mason from day one.

This is not a training role. We’re looking for seasoned professionals. Industry background does not matter—if you have enterprise connections in any industry and can turn relationships into opportunity, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities
  • Respect and uphold the Mason culture — treating everyone within the Mason family with professionalism and respect, from the warehouse team to the ownership.
  • Build, maintain, and grow long‑term relationships with enterprise‑level clients and strategic partners.
  • Own and manage partnerships, prospects, and ongoing client relationships from introduction through execution.
  • Collaborate with Mason leadership to negotiate and close business opportunities with a focus on long‑term value and sustainable revenue.
  • Partner closely with internal teams—including estimating, engineering, operations and project management—to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client outcomes.
  • Learn and follow Mason’s internal processes, policies, and procedures, including effective use of CRM tools to manage opportunities and communication.

Compensation Package

$90,000.00-$ per year + Uncapped Profit Based Commission
