About the OpportunityA high-growth Fin Tech SaaS company is seeking an Operations Manager to build and scale the operational backbone of a rapidly growing professional services organization.
This is not an administrative role. This is a builder role.
The company is scaling quickly and needs an operator who can design and optimize systems that support client delivery, internal execution, and financial rigor — without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure operational clarity, predictable delivery, and scalable infrastructure as the organization grows.
If you thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments where structure must enable speed — not slow it down — this role is built for you.
What You’ll Own- Build and scale operational infrastructure supporting a growing professional services function
- Improve workflow efficiency across delivery, finance, and internal coordination
- Implement automation and tooling to reduce manual processes
- Develop reporting frameworks to track utilization, margin, and performance metrics
- Drive operational rigor across client onboarding, billing, and service execution
- Partner with leadership to improve forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation
- Establish clear, trusted communication channels across teams
- Prepare the operations function to scale, including mentoring or managing future team members
- 5+ years in operations, business operations, or professional services operations within a high-growth environment
- Experience building and optimizing internal systems while the company is scaling
- Strong financial and operational acumen (forecasting, utilization, margin tracking, KPI reporting)
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives and cross-functional teams
- Experience improving process efficiency without adding unnecessary complexity
- Experience in Fin Tech, SaaS, or technology-enabled services
- Background supporting client-facing delivery teams
- Demonstrated ability to implement automation or workflow optimization tools
- Experience managing operational compliance and financial controls
- Experience mentoring or leading small teams
- Operators who prioritize clarity, accountability, and execution
- Builders comfortable working in ambiguity
- Leaders who remove friction rather than add process
- Individuals with strong business judgment and a bias toward action
- Professionals who balance operational rigor with entrepreneurial flexibility
