Duties: Own Global Merchant Operational Performance Improvements for Grocery & Retail at Uber and responsible for launching initiatives and policies to drive these. Partners with local merchant operations and cross-functional teams to enhance the merchant experience and performance on Uber’s platform. Owns and develops strategies and project manages merchant performance campaigns and initiatives to drive merchant growth on the platform. Analyze operational data, recommend improvements, and implement process enhancements, as well as be a key partner on global product rollouts and ensure they align with both regional and global objectives.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering (Any), Finance or related field, and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
