Director, Product Intelligence
The Director, Product Intelligence will play a crucial role in managing the overall financial health of our advanced advertising business and product portfolio. This includes providing business intelligence and trends across revenue, yield, pricing, profitability, cost and usage to inform product & growth strategy and investment decisions. This leader will also help drive yield optimization, define growth metrics, and perform benchmarking across our suite of ad and data products.
Success in this role will require effective cross‑functional collaboration across Product, Operations, Sales, Finance, Go‑to‑market and Growth teams to maintain a deep understanding of both the macro‑ and micro‑economics of our media eco‑system and the solutions that enable it.
This role will be based in NY and report to the VP, Product Strategy & Partnerships.

YourDay to Day
- Serve as the product owner of internal analytics and financial dashboards that report the overall health of our advanced advertising business
- Must be adept at performing ad‑hoc financial and data analysis with rapid turnaround, including market sizing, revenue modeling, scenario and sensitivity analysis, to support new product opportunities, strategic partnerships and market expansion initiatives
- Ensure an efficient feedback loop with internal stakeholders on evolving KPI and reporting needs
- Define, monitor and improve yield optimization standards, growth metrics and benchmarks for our advanced advertising solutions
- Proactively communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to cross‑functional and executive stakeholders, highlighting risks, opportunities, and paths forward
- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Sales, Finance and Go‑to‑Market teams
- Partner with Finance on a monthly‑basis to manage and track P&L performance (revenue, operating expenses and capital investments) across multiple business and product lines
- 5+ years of experience in financial and analytical roles (e.g., ad sales finance, product management, management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, corporate development)
- 5+ years of experience building financial models, performing financial analysis, managing dashboards, and creating presentations
- 3+ years of experience in media, streaming or ad‑tech strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, with meticulous attention to detail
- Solid understanding of enterprise financial systems and accounting practices.
- Experience with developing dashboards / data visualization tools (ie. Looker) and SQL is a plus
- Proven ability to operate effectively in highly cross‑functional environments spanning sales, product, go‑to‑market, finance, legal, procurement, and executive leadership
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple work streams and shifting priorities against
- High ownership mentality and bias toward action; able to drive initiatives end‑to‑end with minimal direction
- Executive‑ready communicator who can tailor insights, analysis, and storytelling to diverse audiences
- Deeply data‑driven, with the ability to quantify impact, measure ROI, and translate analysis into strategic recommendations
- Must be willing to work from office in New York
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis
- The annual base salary range for this position is $165,000 to $185,000. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
