Leadenhall Search & Selection are recruiting for a fast-growing management consulting firm specialising in the TMT sector, with expertise spanning digital media, consumer internet, gaming, and AI. They are seeking an Associate and Senior Associate to support the delivery of client engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver key work streams within client engagements
- Conduct high-quality qualitative and quantitative research and analysis
- Contributing to the overall problem-solving approach, including breaking down the problem to identify root causes and develop analyses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful out
Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant experience (or 3+ years post-MBA)
- Experience in growth strategy (CDD, GTM, strategic transformations etc.)
- Experience working with TMT clients
- Strong interest in the TMT space
- High GPA
