Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Pleasant Valley, NY, for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating new business leads, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, managing client relationships, and maintaining communication with potential and existing clients. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to collaborating with the team to develop strategies, preparing proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction to support the company's growth objectives.
Qualifications- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships
- Self‑motivated with effective problem‑solving and organizational skills
- Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Construction industry experience is a plus
