Overview
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager - Core Operations to join our Global Revenue Operations team. You will help the company scale by working with sales teams, business operations, and other teams to improve reporting, sales processes, and best practices. You will enhance visibility, ensure data accuracy, and support the adoption of new tools and methods. This role requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands‑on execution to improve efficiency and drive growth across our global sales teams.
AboutThe Role
- Define, document, and govern policies that guide how the business operates, ensuring clarity around R&Rs while maintaining fairness and consistency across all regions.
- Facilitate a policies knowledge base.
- Work with internal teams to turn business challenges into scalable sales solutions.
- Support field teams and revenue operations teams to align global strategy with execution.
- Gather and define business process requirements for technical teams, mainly through Salesforce.
- Standardize reporting and enhance data accuracy to support data‑driven decisions.
- Monitor the “revenue machine” to identify broken processes or operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure that business operations run smoothly and disruptions are quickly addressed.
- 4+ years of experience in revenue operations or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM (admin certification preferred) or experience as a Salesforce CRM business owner.
- People‑focused approach with a passion for sales operations and learning.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work across global time zones.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
- Ability to influence outcomes and collaborate effectively with different teams.

Compensation Range: $150,000 – $160,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors.
