As a Senior Associate in the Chase Branded Card Product team, you will focus on consumer-facing product partnership initiatives, leading launches and building roadmaps that enhance our cardholder experience. You will play a key role in submitting requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our products stand out in a competitive landscape. Your work will directly impact how millions of customers experience travel, entertainment, dining, and retail benefits.
Job ResponsibilitiesLead and support consumer-facing product partnership launches from concept through integration and execution
Build and maintain product roadmaps that align with business and customer needs
Gather, document, and submit detailed product requirements for new features and enhancements
Collaborate with marketing, design, engineering, and business teams to deliver seamless product experiences
Identify and drive opportunities to enhance brand differentiation in the marketplace
Translate customer feedback and market trends into actionable product improvements
Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and participate in agile ceremonies
Support go-to-market planning and ensure successful product rollouts
Track and report on product performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with risk, control, and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer-facing product management or business analysis
Proven track record of supporting or leading product launches and building product roadmaps
Experience gathering, documenting, and submitting product requirements
Strong understanding of brand differentiation and customer experience best practices
Experience working in agile teams, including writing user stories and participating in sprints
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions
Bachelor's degree required
Experience with digital or mobile consumer products
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
Experience in go-to-market planning and execution
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Experience in user-centric design and customer journey mapping
Background in financial services or credit card products
