A market-leading global investment intelligence firm is looking for an experienced FS product sales lead to support an exciting expansion across multiple new product lines, building the commercial capabilities to drive sales growth.
As one of three regional leads, you'll sit as an individual contributor at the intersection of sales strategy and execution, embedding yourself in the business to drive measurable revenue impact.
Responsibilities- Shape and deliver individual learning and regional wide training programs that drive measurable improvements in selling, client conversations, and solution positioning.
- Translate high-performer behaviors into regional capability-building programs that stick
- Develop and enable frontline sales managers to lead with clarity, coach with impact, and build accountable, high-performing teams
- Scale sales management practices including pipeline discipline, forecasting, and performance management
- Lead regional onboarding programs that expedite new joiners journey to productive
- Design and deliver skill bootcamps that accelerate readiness and close performance gaps
- Partner with Product Teams, Marketing, and Research to transition product launches, sales plays, and market insights, training content into relevant skills practices.
- 5-10 years in client-facing sales or sales leadership training following a successful sales role within financial services, asset management, or investment solutions
- Experience in sales coaching and delivery in a learning and development team, with a track record of building high-performance and sustainable capability
- Deep familiarity with front-office sales models, buying behaviors, and client engagement best practices
- Exceptional presence, facilitation, and stakeholder influencing skills across levels and regions
- Strong Instructional design capability
- Salary range: $126,000 - $164,000 / year plus eligible for annual bonus
