CRM Developer

Hadronts is looking for a talented and experienced CRM Developer with a passion for making a direct difference and eagerness to accelerate their career in a small and growing consulting company.

This is an excellent position for a passionate technologist who is also interested in learning how to manage a customer, understand their business and grow our presence inside the account (when applicable).The ideal candidate would be a Jack/Jane-of-all-trades senior developer that enjoys the challenges consulting often brings – you’re not afraid to put your head down and code but, you love talking with the client and explaining why certain features and/or configurations are the best fit.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deploy client solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Communicate effectively with the business analyst, business leaders, and SMEs to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Create high level work plans based on accurate methods to estimate and plan effort
• Gather, facilitate, and understand client functional requirements to identify opportunities for improvement
• Perform gap analysis between a client’s requirements and the functionality within CRM
• Lead technical design sessions, architect and document technical solutions that are aligned with business unit objectives

Ideal Candidates

• BS/MS degree in computer science, engineering, business, MIS or equivalent
• 1-3 years developing in .NET stack
• Knowledge with SQL and SSIS
• Knowledge implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM is required
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications is plus
