Overview

Our client is a global, highly respected financial institution seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist to support vendor management and external search partner strategy across the organization. This role sits at the center of recruiting operations, finance, procurement, and external partnerships, with high visibility and exposure to senior stakeholders.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong operations mindset who is interested in external partnerships, contracts, strategy, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with recruiting vendors and external search partners
  • Oversee vendor onboarding, diligence, references, contracts, renewals, and documentation
  • Track and process invoices in partnership with Finance and Procurement
  • Monitor vendor performance metrics, compliance, and service levels
  • Prepare data, reporting, and presentation materials for internal and external vendor meetings
  • Maintain accurate vendor documentation and reporting systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve vendor processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across recruiting, finance, procurement, and business stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Experience in operations, vendor management, recruiting operations, finance operations, procurement, or similar roles
  • Comfort working with external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing materials for senior leadership
  • Strong data and reporting capabilities (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides experience preferred)
  • Proactive, process-improvement oriented mindset with strong ownership mentality
  • Experience with invoicing, contracts, diligence, or vendor workflows is a plus
