Role Overview

The Principal Product Manager, Ad Innovation & Experience will be responsible for the evolution of ad products and scaling across new content and platforms, optimizing features driven by data, business needs and research analysis. This is a director level position but an individual contributor role across our Global Streaming Product group.

This role will oversee a portfolio of existing Ad Innovations, projects, and features across multiple devices, services, and partnerships as well as ideating and building new opportunities for live events. Success will require building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external Business partners and Technology teams, communicating your vision and strategy of enhancements with executive leadership and key stakeholders.

This position will report to the Vice President of Product, Ad Innovation and Experience and will foster relationships within multiple areas of the business including Product, Design, Data Science, Sales, Sports, Research and Engineering teams.

In this role you will
  • Build a strategic vision, roadmap and experimentation strategy to deliver and optimize new ad products and experiences across platforms
  • Create and deliver winning executive presentations that explain product vision, features and KPIs, managing senior stakeholder expectations and to inform priorities
  • Partner with cross‑functional business units to identify and conceptualize the best growth opportunities for ad products that will engage users and integrate seamlessly with the overall UX
  • Collaborate with other product managers, design, data and strategy to develop holistic points of view and confidently make product decisions
