Location: New York
An e-commerce company is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing, inventory planning, and vendor relationships within a data-driven, process-focused environment.
Responsibilities- Analyze historical sales data to forecast demand
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
- Create, track, and follow up on purchase orders
- Negotiate with vendors on pricing and terms
- Coordinate logistics and shipment timelines
- Perform quality control checks on incoming inventory
- Identify and implement improvements to purchasing processes
- Strong Excel skills and data analysis ability
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Proactive problem-solver
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central preferred
- Familiarity with e-commerce supply chain operations a plus
Salary
: $65k - $75k/Year
