About the Role

A dynamic NYC-based trading firm is looking for an Operations Analyst to join its growing operations team.

Responsibilities:

• Statement reconciliation (e.g., daily position and P&L reconciliations)
• Internal reporting support
• Trade settlement and recordkeeping support
• Support for onboarding new products
• Review and improve internal processes

About You

The person in this role will work closely with trading desks and our clearing firms and brokers to rapidly resolve operational issues. This person should have a genuine interest in and prior knowledge of global financial markets and products.

Organization, superior attention to detail, and ability to multitask are required. Ability to think quickly and work in a high-pressure environment are a must. The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Relevant experience between 1 and 3 years is preferred, but not required. Strong ability to work with spreadsheets and databases, and general computer literacy are required.

Annual Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000. Base salary does not include discretionary bonus, if eligible, or benefits.

Please note that this position is based on-site in our Financial District office.
