We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Warehouse Logistics Team Associate to lead and manage our warehouse logistics operations. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory documentation, coordinating shipments, managing supplies, and optimizing logistics processes to support the efficiency and cost‑effectiveness of our operations.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, maintaining accurate records, and supporting communication with internal teams and external partners.
This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience in logistics or warehouse management.
- Documentation and management tasks related to inventory
- Pick, inspect, label, and package products
- Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound shipments
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate logistics records
- Manage inventory and purchasing of warehouse and office supplies (e.g., boxes, stretch wrap, sealing tape, office materials)
- Develop and implement plans to reduce logistics costs
- Schedule truck deliveries and monitor associated logistics expenses
- Process shipments via UPS, USPS, and other carriers
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in logistics or warehouse management preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Background check required as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (intermediate speaking, reading, and writing) preferred to support communication with Korean‑speaking customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Experience working in both Korean and U.S. business environments
- Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations

CompensationBased on experience and qualifications
ScheduleBusiness hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1‑hour lunch), Monday to Friday
