Senior Executive Recruiter / Business Development (360 Desk) – Accounting & Finance

Madison Davis is expanding — and our Accounting & Finance business is scaling fast. We’re hiring a Senior Executive Recruiter / BD (360) to take ownership of a full desk: build client relationships, win search partnerships, and deliver top-tier A&F talent across staff through executive levels.

This is for someone who wants full control of their book, their outcomes, and their income — with the backing of a brand that opens doors, strong activity in financial services, and leadership that knows how to help a producer grow.

The Opportunity
  • You’ll run a true 360 desk in Accounting & Finance:
  • Win new client relationships and expand existing ones
  • Drive job flow through targeted business development
  • Own delivery end-to-end to create repeatable revenue
  • Build a market presence that turns into a long-term book of business
  • This is a high-visibility role with a clear runway to grow into team leadership as the division scales.
What You’ll Do
  • Business Development & Client Growth
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new client partnerships (financial services + broader corporate markets).
  • Conduct intake calls, advise on comp/market conditions, and set tight search strategy.
  • Expand accounts through repeat placements, upsells, and strong client management.
  • Build a consistent pipeline of active clients and hiring managers.
  • Source and recruit A&F talent across audit, SEC reporting, FP&A, corporate accounting, controllership, and finance leadership.
  • Run full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, presenting, interview management, offer negotiation, and closing.
  • Create fast, clean processes that make clients want to give you the next search.
  • Leverage Linked In Recruiter, referrals, and creative sourcing to build pipelines quickly.
  • Track activity and performance, manage multiple searches, and keep urgency high.
  • Partner with leadership on growth strategy, vertical focus, and account expansion.
What You Bring
  • 2–10 years in agency recruiting and/or staffing (A&F strongly preferred).
  • Comfort running a true 360 desk: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  • Strong communication — you can influence clients and control process.
  • Competitive drive, resilience, and high follow-through.
  • Ability to run multiple searches while building BD momentum.
