Overview

Procure/Purchase Aluminium, Glass and its accessories, machines and automatic doors and their consumables within stipulated budget. Coordinate with Stores for inventory levels for adequate business needs. Prepare Proposals, Reports and Presentations for Management. Procure materials as per requirements, review proposals for competitive pricing, quality & lead time. Prepare Purchase Orders as per Company’s policies & procedures. Negotiate Contracts with third parties and suppliers.

Monitor and verify all Supplier Contracts and their delivery schedules. Monitor and verify Cost & Performance of Major Suppliers. Open quality Vendors with good payment terms. Cost Management of projects, as needed. Logistics Coordination with Clients and with Shipping Agents. Verify all Shipping Documents. Forecast Price trends in Market and future demands.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering with MBA, or similar field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel) and other ERP software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Enthusiastic to build good relationships with Suppliers.
