Our client, a leading credit fund in New York City, is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join their Investor Relations & Business Development team. This individual will support multiple strategies through RFP/DDQ preparation, CRM management, roadshow coordination, and investor materials. The role also involves market research, LP targeting, competitor analysis, and industry trend tracking. The firm values internal growth, with a strong track record of promotions.
They offer a flexible hybrid schedule, unlimited PTO, and two weeks per year to work remotely from anywhere.
- Prepare client presentations, RFPs/RFIs, DDQs, investor reports, and pitchbooks.
- Support investor prospecting, pipeline tracking, follow-ups, and roadshow coordination.
- Maintain investor lists and track meetings, follow-ups, and activity in Deal Cloud.
- Monitor industry trends and macro data to support client messaging.
- Conduct competitor and market research to aid business development efforts.
- 2 - 6 years of overall professional experience.
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a sales analyst working closely with relationship managers.
- Knowledge of the fundraising life cycle, CRM tools, investor prospecting, and related processes.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce; experience with Deal Cloud is a strong plus.
