r.e.m. beauty is a color cosmetics brand founded by Ariana Grande, built at the intersection of artistry, innovation, and self-expression. We are a fast-growing brand operating across DTC, retail, and global distribution channels.

We are seeking a strategic and detail‑oriented Senior Manager, Demand & Supply Planner to lead forecasting and demand planning across all channels. This role is critical in ensuring product availability, inventory optimization, and alignment between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced beauty environment and brings strong analytical capabilities, cross‑functional leadership, and operational rigor.

• Own the end-to-end demand forecasting process across DTC, retail, and international markets
• Develop and maintain rolling forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly) using historical data, trends, and promotional inputs
• Lead the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process and facilitate cross‑functional alignment
• Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to incorporate launch plans, promotional calendars, and retail expansions into forecasts
• Collaborate with Supply Planning and Operations to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts or excess
• Monitor forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Analyze sell‑through data, inventory health, and SKU productivity to drive data‑informed decisions
• Support new product launches with demand modeling and risk assessments
• Identify and mitigate supply risks through scenario planning
• Develop reporting dashboards and KPIs to improve visibility across the organization

• 4+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or sales forecasting
• Strong experience leading S&OP
• Experience in beauty, CPG, or high‑growth consumer brands strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/MRP systems (Net Suite, SAP, or similar)
• Experience working with DTC and retail forecasting models
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent cross‑functional communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment

• Experience scaling planning processes in a high‑growth environment
• Advanced data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• APICS or supply chain certification is a plus
