Principal Agile Consultant / Coach (100% Travel)

Full-time, Permanent. 100% Travel Job from Monday to Thursday anywhere in the USA.

The Principal Agile Consultant / Coach is responsible for leading large-scale Agile transformation initiatives across multiple client locations. The role involves consulting, coaching, and driving continuous improvement in Agile practices, working cross-culturally, and traveling up to four days a week.

Client is willing to provide relocation assistance.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience can be considered in lieu of every year of education.
• 15 years of experience with Information Technology.

• 12–15 years of experience leading business or systems integration programs.
• Experience leading large teams.
• Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state, and national client locations.
• Agile Consulting and System Integration experience in a top-tier consulting organization.
• Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team, including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.
• Ability to interact at all levels of clients’ organizations.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
