The LP Engagement Manager is responsible for managing relationships with limited partners (LPs), supporting fundraising efforts, and delivering an exceptional investor experience across private market funds and investment vehicles. • Coordinate and support fundraising activities, LP meetings, and investor events

• Collaborate with investment, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless LP experience
• Monitor trends in private markets and LP behavior to inform engagement strategies

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Experience in LP relations, investor relations, or client management within private markets
• Strong relationship management, presentation, and communication skills
• Proficiency with investor reporting, CRM systems, and analytical tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Knowledge of private market funds, LP structures, and fundraising processes
