The LP Engagement Manager is responsible for managing relationships with limited partners (LPs), supporting fundraising efforts, and delivering an exceptional investor experience across private market funds and investment vehicles. This role emphasizes relationship management, reporting, and communication to maintain LP confidence, track commitments, and support capital deployment strategies.

Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for LPs, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates
- Coordinate and support fundraising activities, LP meetings, and investor events
- Prepare and deliver LP communications, performance reports, and presentation materials
- Maintain accurate LP records, track commitments, and manage CRM or investor databases
- Collaborate with investment, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless LP experience
- Monitor trends in private markets and LP behavior to inform engagement strategies
- Analyze LP feedback and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for relationship growth
- Support compliance and regulatory reporting related to LP communications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Experience in LP relations, investor relations, or client management within private markets
- Strong relationship management, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency with investor reporting, CRM systems, and analytical tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of private market funds, LP structures, and fundraising processes
- High attention to detail and professional judgment in dealing with LPs
