On Target First-Year Earnings: $200,000 ($130,000 base + $70,000 uncapped performance-based bonus)

The Aurora Commercial Partnerships Lead

Want to build the world’s most revered premium supplier ecosystem across dining, travel, wellness, luxury goods, and experiences?

Aurora is seeking a Commercial Partnerships Lead to own our supplier engine: attracting and nurturing the relationships that unlock unmatched intelligence, off-market access, and extraordinary member experiences.

You’ll build the brand, incentives, and contribute to the systems to scale this system globally.

This is a ground-floor role for a creative operator ready to shape the future of premium lifestyle.

What you’ll do

Build Aurora’s supplier network into a living ecosystem that attracts the world’s best hospitality and lifestyle partners.

Craft the brand, community, and relationships that make Aurora culturally magnetic within the industry.

Design incentive structures and rewards that drive exceptional partner performance and outcomes. Build performance systems that provide clear visibility into top suppliers and where Aurora should deepen investment over time.

Partner closely with Aurora’s founding team, product function, and operations team to build the infrastructure that makes it seamless for partners to engage with Aurora and deliver differentiated intelligence, access, and perks.

This role reports directly to Aurora’s Co-Founder & COO and has clear potential to grow rapidly into a leadership position spanning Commercial Operations, Member Experience and Product.

Responsibilities:
  • Own Aurora’s supplier platform end-to-end, spanning sourcing, nurturing, and scaling premium relationships over time
  • Design incentive structures, gifting programs, and rewards that motivate exceptional partner performance
  • Craft Aurora’s supplier-facing brand and ecosystem through community, events, and cultural touchpoints that deepen loyalty
  • Build special relationships with the world’s best hospitality and lifestyle insiders to unlock differentiated access, intelligence, and experiences for Aurora members
  • Negotiate and formalize high-impact partnerships that expand Aurora’s global supplier network across our core verticals
  • Implement performance tracking, relationship health metrics, and operational rigor to identify where to lean in or cut off
  • Partner closely with Aurora’s founding team, product function, and operations team to build the systems and infrastructure that scale this network globally
