Requirements

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: Develop and actively manage a comprehensive inventory management plan that meets the business objectives of sales, manufacturing, and finance.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Develop and enforce inventory policies and procedures to guarantee system integrity
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
  • Analyze trends, identify root causes, recommend actions
  • Prepare inventory reports for management to include turns, outages, and slow moving
  • Train related team members on inventory best practices and system usage
  • Actively engage in company forecasting, planning, and purchasing to align inventory goals.
  • QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications and Required Experience):

    1) Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.

    2) Fluent in Microsoft Office
