Are you passionate about sales and ready to grow into a leadership role? Arrayo is seeking ambitious and entrepreneurial-minded professionals to join our Business Development team in New York City.
In this role, you’ll master the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and managing client relationships. You’ll work directly with C‑Suite executives and senior leaders at top financial institutions while collaborating with expert consulting teams to deliver solutions that matter.
What you’ll do- Build and execute your own prospecting and outreach strategies.
- Meet with potential clients and grow long‑term partnerships.
- Contribute to RFPs and proposals, helping secure new business.
- Stay on top of financial services and data trends to identify opportunities.
- Partner with project teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop content to strengthen Arrayo’s market presence.

We welcome both recent graduates and early‑career professionals (1–10 years of experience) with an interest in sales, business development, or financial services. Prior experience is a plus, but not required.
A master’s degree is mandatory, or alternatively, a bachelor’s degree combined with at least 3 years of business development experience in professional services or recruitment.
