• Manage the search calendar and prioritize appointments for partners, clients, and candidates
• Support partners with business development scheduling, expense reconciliation, and calendar management
• Maintain the Thrive database with all search-related candidate and client information
• Coordinate domestic and international travel for partners and candidates
• Process expense reporting for partners and candidates

• Must possess an undergraduate degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting partners or senior-level executives in an executive search firm or professional services firm
• Proficient in using Apple products and G-Suite
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing demands with tight deadlines
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong understanding of operations and strategy within the talent advisory space
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
