Investor Intelligence Specialists support investment and investor relations teams by analyzing investor behavior, market trends, and portfolio performance data to provide actionable insights.
The role blends data analytics, research, and communication skills to ensure investor teams have the intelligence necessary to make strategic decisions, engage clients effectively, and optimize capital allocation

This position works closely with investor relations, portfolio managers, and strategy teams to translate complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret investor data, including portfolio activity, capital commitments, and engagement trends
Generate actionable insights to support investor strategy, outreach, and relationship management
Prepare investor intelligence reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams and leadership
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment to inform business strategy
Collaborate with investor relations and portfolio teams to enhance targeting, engagement, and retention strategies
Track and report on investor behavior metrics, fundraising trends, and capital flows
Identify opportunities, risks, and patterns in investor engagement to support strategic decision-making
Support ad-hoc requests for investor or market analysis from senior management
Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Experience in investor research, market intelligence, or financial analysis
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and accuracy
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of investment products, capital markets, or private funds is preferred
Interest in investor behavior, strategic decision-making, and financial markets
