Fund Tax

We are hiring a Lead Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Fund Tax platform, one of Carta s fastest growing products. Our Fund Tax offering is a critical component of this ecosystem. We bridge the gap between complex accounting data and regulatory compliance, automating the preparation, filing, and distribution of federal and state tax returns (e.g., Form 1065s and Schedule K-1s) for thousands of GPs and LPs.

Your mission is to not justbuild a better tax product, but to reimagine the way partnership tax is done in venture & private equity in an AI first world. You will be responsible for building the "rails" that allow data to flow from our General Ledger into tax-ready outputs with zero manual intervention.

Fund Operations

We are hiring a Lead Product Manager for Fund Operations. In this role, you ll transform the way we deliver core fund operations to our private venture fund CFOs. Fund Operations owns the core workflows that drive how thousands of funds on Carta are managed -- how expenses get paid, how investment events are booked, how capital calls and distributions with investors work, and how cash activity is reconciled.

Our goal is to deliver the most real-time and delightful experience across these workflows to our clients. You ll be responsible for leveraging AI to transform our core workflows to be faster, more intuitive, and more powerful.

We are looking for a strong product leader who can drive strategy, prioritization, and product delivery. If you are passionate about building intuitive solutions to complex problems and have a desire to impact how ownership is managed and distributed around the world, we’d love to talk with you.

• You have 7+ years experience in product management in a high-paced, agile software development environment, with a proven track record of shipping impactful products.
• You have several years of experience in building products at startups in cross-functional teams with product designers, engineers, and business partners.
• You are empathic and driven by solving problems for your users. You have the ability to dig deep into their problems and really understand what drives them.
