Overview
This is an opportunity to join a boutique class action claims management firm in the global litigation finance industry specializing in the identification, research, data analysis and filing of complex class action claims for corporate clients.
As a Sales Operations Associate, you will play a key role in driving business development, supporting outreach efforts, and maintaining critical sales infrastructure. This position blends operational rigor with strategic thinking and relationship-building to fuel our firm's growth initiatives.
Work Schedule: Hybrid
Responsibilities- New Business & Stats/Reporting
- Design sales outreach cadences and A/B testing plans.
- Produce and distribute weekly performance and statistical reports related to sales outreach and engagement.
- Analyze outreach performance, including key metrics such as response rates, contact quality, and conversion indicators.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales campaigns and outreach strategies, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage and organize account and lead assignments.
- Conduct historical data analysis and forecasting.
- Execution of the Alternative Outreach Program, including:
- Parsing profiles via Linked In and Linked In Sales Navigator to facilitate new business connections.
- Leading outreach and engagement strategies with potential channel partners.
- Conduct outreach to professional associations or organizations to explore collaboration or partnership opportunities.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of industry events (e.g., conferences, summits) to identify lead generation and networking opportunities.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales operations, business development, or CRM management role.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
- Familiarity with Linked In Sales Navigator and other business development tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
