Reporting to Head of US Consultant Relations, the position will have a key role to play in coordinating and managing activities relating to the support of our key consultant relationships, and consultant intermediated allocators in the North American market.
The role will require the collation and analysis of a wide range of data points from around the Firm, to be delivered by succinct and comprehensive written and oral communication to the end consultant, client, or prospect.
Further, this individual is expected to lead coverage of some tier 2 & 3 consultants and travel with senior members of Pantheon’s investment teams to drive fundraising success within the channel.
Key Responsibilities- Support US consultant relations efforts, including coordination of ad hoc requests, maintenance of databases, and regular reporting.
- Lead relationship management of certain tier 2 / 3 consultants.
- Coordinate responses to investor and consultant inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Liaise with internal teams (investment, legal, compliance, marketing) to coordinate deliverables tied to fundraising and investor communications, including RFPs, DDQs, database requests.
- Market mapping and coordination with broader investor relations team.
- Track consultant interactions, meeting notes, and follow‑ups in CRM systems.
- Provide support to meeting preparation and presentation materials.
- Prepare and maintain distributions lists.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and Pantheon policy (including reporting compliance risks and maintaining appropriate standards of conduct).
- Knowledge of the asset management industry, particularly the private markets industry is essential.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a high‑pressured environment with tight deadlines, managing a process from start to submission with limited supervision.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong relationship building, influencing, and negotiating skills are essential.
- High level of professionalism, work ethic, confidentiality and judgment are essential.
- Proficiency with software packages.
- The Successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a passion for sales & client services.
$125,000 - $135,000
Actual base salary is determined by a range of factors including individual experience, skills and qualifications.
In addition to the above salary, Pantheon offers a generous employee benefits package and successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
