Aurora is the lifestyle operating system for the world's leading post-exit founders, athletes, and creatives. Our conversation-first, AI-enabled mobile app empowers ultra-high-performance individuals and their teams to master their relationships, exploration, and longevity across five lifestyle categories: travel, dining, experiences, luxury goods, and longevity.

• Raised $4M in funding from Tier 1 investors and entrepreneurs, including the founder of Velocity Black, early investors in Supercell & Deliveroo, the founder of Cleo, and the President of Vista Jet
• Achieved industry-leading engagement with our paying members, and an extensive member waiting list
• Built a proactive, seamless product described as "magic" by our members

Aurora's core team of 15 is searching for a full-time Proactive Lifestyle Strategist to join our 8-strong Member Experience Team in New York and lead our proactive recommendation feature. You will work directly with our Co-Founders and Founding Lifestyle Managers to proactively craft and deliver high-touch recommendations across our five core lifestyle verticals, to continuously engage and delight members. This role reports directly to Aurora's Co-Founder & COO, and offers a fast track toward leadership across Growth, Member Experience, Product, and Operations.

Aurora was founded in 2024 by Jonah Lowenstein, Aurelius Zwick, and Dmitry Ogurtsov. Aurora's Chairman is Alex Macdonald.

• Proactive Curation:
  Personally curate and deliver personalized, high-impact lifestyle recommendations across travel, dining, experiences, luxury goods, and longevity - both in-app and via direct communication channels - which engage, inspire, and empower member journeys toward life mastery.
• Analysis & Personalization:
  Analyze a range of proprietary data sources, including member parameters & preferences as well as supply-side inventory, tailoring curations which anticipate both members' short-term needs and long-term objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to refine Aurora's AI agent outputs, enhance our models' proactive recommendation capabilities, and better integrate human intelligence into Aurora's AI-driven workflows.
• Iteration & Measurement:
  Track results of proactive recommendations, analyze engagement and conversion rates, and iterate content formats and styles to maximize member engagement and satisfaction.
• Service Members During Surges:
  When volumes require, roll up your sleeves and work with our industry-leading internal AI and on-demand Lifestyle Management team to manage and curate premium experiences for members, ensuring recommendations seamlessly fit their personal parameters.
