Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to support campaign execution and brand initiatives
- Participate in product knowledge sessions and morning team meetings
- Engage directly with consumers to provide customer service and promote client products
- Assist with campaign launches, in-store promotions, and event coordination
- Accurately input and track customer data and sales records
- Apply learned product knowledge during real-time customer interactions
- Contribute to team development by learning skills in leadership, training, and coaching
- Support internal communication and coordination to achieve team goals
- Identify new sales opportunities through relationship building and product awareness
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Energetic, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Must be based in or able to commute to Buffalo, NY
