Overview
A well-established, global investment management firm is seeking an Investor Relations Coordinator to join its New York–based team. This role supports a small, senior Investor Relations group and plays a key part in investor communications, marketing materials, and day-to-day client servicing.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable interfacing with internal teams, external investors, and senior leadership in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, organize, and maintain client and prospect information within the firm’s CRM system
- Support investor onboarding, inquiries, and ongoing requests, partnering closely with the Investor Relations team and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Assist in the creation, updating, and maintenance of marketing and investor materials, including presentations, quarterly letters, and other communications
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
- Liaise with fund administrators on day-to-day requests and capital activity inquiries
- Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule meetings, and manage calendars for the Investor Relations team
- Manage incoming calls for the Investor Relations function, exercising sound judgment and professionalism when escalating matters
- Provide additional administrative and operational support to the Investor Relations team as needed
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years within Investor Relations or a related role in financial services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Canva a plus
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- 135k - 150k base + discretionary bonus, depending on experience

Compensation: $135,000-$150,000 per year
