Initio Sphere is onboarding Investment Pipeline Analysts to identify, originate, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our network of investors and fund managers.

This is not an employment role
. Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process
.

Once approved, Investment Pipeline Analysts:

Source and submit qualified off-market or proprietary deals

Work directly with capital allocators and sponsors on live opportunities

Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close

Build a verified deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals already close to deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and networked professionals
.

Approved Investment Pipeline Analysts may:

Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network

Provide high-level deal context
: asset, structure, economics, and thesis

Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

Support early-stage diligence handoff to analysts for modeling and financial review

Based on approval, Investment Pipeline Analysts may submit opportunities across:

Private equity and growth equity transactions

Operating businesses and special situations

Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on experience and sourcing credibility

Earnings are success-based only

Typical earnings range: $1,000–$10,000+ per closed deal

Payments issued upon successful transaction close and fee collection

Compensation varies by deal size, structure, and Analyst role

No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality deal flow

All activity is limited to deal introduction and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.
