We are seeking a Client Manager (aka Account Executive) to join our NYC team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an Account Coordinator who is ready to take the next step and be mentored by an incredibly close-knit and supportive team. The salary for this role will be in the USD $70K-75K range.

What will it entail?

  • Effectively plan, scope and manage integrated marketing programs in collaboration with the Client Supervisors and Group Client Director.
  • Responsible for the coordination of advertising campaigns, as well as support, digital and social executions.
  • Has an understanding of integrated marketing strategies, including the role of PR and XM (experiential).
  • Foster collaboration and integration with team. Maintain mutually beneficial working relationships with partner agencies also working on the account.
  • Develop strategic and marketing leadership skills. Strive to work with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and identifies/implements programs to help achieve client goals.
  • Create and interpret effective analysis to support marketing recommendations. Develop broad industry expertise.
  • Build and nurture client relationships. Understand clients' business and support generation of new ideas to enhance client performance.
  • Effectively manage both small to mid/large size production projects – briefing Studio, managing asset deliverables and their progress, capturing internal + external approvals, trafficking + final asset management.
  • Take initiative and manage campaigns from start to finish (including timelines) and project budgets. Ensure financial processes are being met and estimates are being completed in a timely fashion.
  • Keep up to date with industry news, plus best practices on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Linked In).

Who are we looking for?

  • Must have 1-2 years of related agency/industry experience, CPG/FI/Retail/Food & Bev is a huge asset. Internships count!
  • Demonstrated understanding of client relationship development, service and campaign strategy.
  • Digital and social media savvy. Requires a clear understanding of these channels.
  • Strong team player, ability to partner with creative and production teams.
  • Strong knowledge or experience in account management/coordination and client/campaign strategy
  • Ability to develop and execute project plans to ensure cost-effective and on-time completion.
  • Ability to set budgets, expectations and deliver results.
  • A positive, ‘can do’ attitude that leads by example.
  • Drive the development of effective production processes.
  • Strong leadership, social, interpersonal, selling and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret information from a variety of sources, such as trade journals, research reports, white papers…
