This is an individual contributor role with high visibility and broad organizational collaboration. You'll own products from concept through launch and beyond - ensuring alignment across teams, driving toward clear success metrics, and continuously iterating based on user feedback and data. You'll thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ship products that make a real impact.
WhatYou’ll Do

- Deeply understand and embody the voice of our Brand Partners and customers in everything you build.
- Define success metrics, prioritize product problems, and ship solutions that achieve measurable business goals.
- Own and drive one or more products from concept through launch and beyond, maintaining accountability for outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Design, Engineering, Data, and Operations to learn quickly, iterate rapidly, and ship high-quality products.
- Build and maintain product backlogs that balance quick wins with long-term strategic initiatives, driving progress against milestones and resolving blockers while maintaining team health.
- Gather and analyze user research, product insights, and market analysis to inform what you build and how you prioritize.
- Create structured product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, and technical specifications, to guide implementation and ensure team alignment.
- Coordinate effectively across all functions to ship products that work seamlessly across the customer journey.
- Communicate clearly on what you're building, why it matters, progress updates, and key learnings.
- Identify gaps and interdependencies across systems and proactively ship solutions that enhance organizational efficiency.
- Facilitate brainstorming and strategy sessions, distilling complexity into products that solve real problems.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with proven ability to build and scale products from early stages.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong track record of balancing user experience and technical scalability in products you've built.
- Data-driven approach: skilled at digging into data, defining clear goals, and driving teams to ship products that deliver measurable impact.
- Proven ability to translate strategic vision into products that customers use and love.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration and influencing without direct authority.
- Ability to work in-person when needed.
- Experience in startups, healthcare, health-tech, or wellness industries.
- Experience with e-commerce, subscription systems, or marketplace…
