Our growing Fintech client is on a mission to build best-in-class consumer financial products that genuinely improve people’s financial lives. They are now looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of high-impact consumer products at the core of their platform.
This is a highly strategic role where your work will directly influence customer acquisition, revenue, and product innovation.
What you’ll be doing :- Owning and evolving consumer-facing financial products, including paycheck advance and overdraft solutions
- Leading the full product lifecycle — from discovery and customer research through to delivery and optimisation
- Working closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to create intuitive, scalable product experiences
- Defining product roadmaps, writing epics and stories, and driving execution end to end
- Running experiments, analysing data, and using KPIs to inform decisions and measure success
- Identifying opportunities to launch new products, enhance existing ones, or integrate partner solutions
- 6+ years’ experience in Product Management, ideally within B2C Fintech
- Strong exposure to consumer financial products (e.g. lending, EWA, BNPL, cards)
- A customer-first mindset with strong product and UX instincts
- Comfortable getting into the detail while maintaining a strategic view
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
