  • Managing the production of presentation materials, briefing books, talking points and other internal supporting documents for various stakeholder engagements. Developing high‑quality, impactful presentation decks from concept to final delivery, ensuring professional design, formatting and adherence to brand standards.
  • Effectively communicating with various internal and external stakeholders related to inquiries and requests for governance and sustainability information; collaborating with colleagues/ subject matter experts to obtain relevant information.
  • Managing initiatives to measure the quantitative and qualitative impact of the Responsible Business investor engagement program, including through the use of tools such as Nasdaq IR Insights.
  • Overseeing the company’s responses to third‑party evaluators and key investor rating organizations, and monitor proxy advisor policies.
  • Staying up‑to‑date with reporting frameworks, identifying gaps between stewardship expectations and company reporting.
What we’re looking for
You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience in finance or business administration.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
  • Experience working in the investment community, investor relations, corporate governance, and/or working directly with investment stewardship teams.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to analyze data, leveraging information to provide clear, concise and supported recommendations for action.
  • Strong collaboration skills and an ability to engage with stakeholders at any level in the business.
  • Experience with non‑financial reporting (i.e., environmental or human capital metrics).
  • Familiarity with voluntary ESG reporting frameworks and recommendations (i.e., SASB, TCFD), as well as mandatory reporting expectations.
  • Experience with ESG ratings and rankings including MSCI, ISS and Sustainalytics.
