Associate Director, Client Solutions Group, Americas
The S&P Dow Jones Indices Commercial team invites an Associate Director to lead strategies that enhance adoption of index‑linked products and drive revenue growth through strategic engagement with asset management, wealth management and institutional clients across the Americas.
Responsibilities- Lead regional initiatives that maximize product utilization and facilitate asset growth for Direct Indexing and Model portfolios.
- Collaborate with Client Coverage, Product, Marketing and other internal teams to deliver a differentiated competitive position for S&P DJI.
- Act as subject‑matter expert on SPDJI indices and provide thought leadership internally and externally.
- Partner with commercial and product teams to develop and cultivate a pipeline of contacts and support new and existing client initiatives.
- Drive business development across the region and support the commercial strategy across asset and wealth managers.
- Support the go‑to‑market strategy and maintain goal tracking, reporting and communication.
- Travel within North America (approximately 25% of the time).
- Advanced knowledge of direct indexing, personalized indexing, index‑based investing and the competitive landscape.
- Experience supporting Unified, Separate Managed Accounts (UMA/SMA) or model portfolio platforms, and relationships with RIA channel advisors.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Track record of raising capital and driving sales goals via consultative tactics.
- Self‑motivated, curious and passionate about empowering teams.
- Proficiency in Spanish a plus.
- Undergraduate degree required; CFA and/or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in financial services, with experience in sales, portfolio strategy, investment advisory or consulting.
- Proficient with analytical tools such as Zephyr, Fact Set, Aladdin, Salesforce and advanced Excel.
