Initio Sphere is onboarding Capital Deal Connectors to facilitate the introduction of qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role. Capital Deal Connectors operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Capital Deal Connectors:

Identify and surface qualified investment opportunities

Connect deal principals with relevant capital partners

Earn transaction-based compensation on closed deals

Build a verified capital connectivity track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals whose primary strength is access and relationships—people who consistently know who has capital and who has deals.

Approved Capital Deal Connectors may:

Source or receive proprietary and semi-proprietary investment opportunities

Match opportunities with relevant investors, sponsors, or fund managers

Provide high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, investment thesis)

Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

Support early-stage diligence handoff to analyst teams

Capital Deal Connectors are not responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, or capital raising.

Based on approval and experience, Capital Deal Connectors may facilitate introductions across:

Private equity and growth equity transactions

Operating businesses and special situations

Structured, opportunistic, or non-traditional investments

Deal categories are approved based on relationship access and deal familiarity.

Success-based compensation only

Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

Economics vary by deal size, structure, and connector contribution

No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality capital connections

To become a Capital Deal Connector:

Submit an application and background details

Complete verification and deal category approval

Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

Begin facilitating qualified introductions

There is no cold outreach to funds and no blind pitching.
All deal introductions occur through curated, platform-driven channels.

Provide investment advice

Solicit securities

Market investments to the general public

Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity is limited to relationship-based deal introduction and facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.
